Latest addition to the
Welfare bus

Haste are proud to announce the latest service to supplement the array of benefits the customer care welfare bus has to offer.

Free WiFi has been installed to the bus, allowing customers to log on and access the Internet and email via a multi-channel router. The service is completely free and takes about 15 seconds to connect.

Our clients have applauded our innovative addition to the welfare bus and we have already had very positive reviews from customers taking advantage of the service.

In short the bus now offers -

  • A point of liaison and information between our DNO
    client and customer
  • Hot drinks and hot meal packs
  • Sockets available for a multitude of uses including
    phone chargers
  • (Recent callout provided a family the means to
    'get ready' for a funeral ie hair dryers etc)
  • Microwave (found to be invaluable for tasks such as
    warming baby’s bottles)
  • 3 kWgenerator (has been used for powering medical apparatus)
  • A friendly chat !
