New service announcement! Site Survey Technicians for New Connections / Alterations

The new role depends on Haste's close working relationship with UK Power Networks, specifically with their sales teams. We are providing UKPN with a survey service on new connection or service alteration requests.

Asked what the work entails Tony Terzza stated, "Technicians need to have excellent customer service skills which is why Haste are perfect for the job. Experience in DNO networks, Jointing procedures and cable identification are also essential, as is health & safety …. which is at the fore of my every working day."

We were asked to provide suitable engineers to take on the role by UKPN and within 3 weeks we have two engineers operational, which by any measure is a great achievement.

Haste is a specialist company providing emergency electrical services from re-wires to appliance repairs. This emergency cover is provided to major insurance companies and Electricity Distribution Companies following incidents such as cable strikes and copper theft. Haste have again been contracted to cover such works for the major Electricity companies for over 16 years. Iain Christie, MD of Haste stated that securing the on-going business in such tight financial times was due to maintaining excellent Customer Service levels combined with a quality service.
